did you try using the RAM and CPU limiter?

Something I wanted since I first got Opera GX is a feature to change the RGB on Opera GX. It would be really cool to have multiple colors at once instead of having just one color alone. There can be a rainbow animation, and maybe a flashing lights animation too.
