  @kajibean It seems that you set Opera as a handle for rar files. You need to go to Windows settings and change it.

  @yogurtlumantii Closed windows and tabs can be reopened from the tabs menu, the magnifying glass on the top right (next to minimize, maximize/restore buttons).

  @spiaku you could always go to the bookmarked page, delete the bookmark completely and then bookmark it again
  yeah its a hassle but better than nothing

  I fixed the problem by giving up GX and downloaded the regular opera browser instead hahah

  @nebula726 If you have advanced keyboard shortcuts enabled in Settings, turn it off. This setting allows several single-key shortcuts in Opera, which would prevent those keys from being sent to the website (except if a text field has focus, you have to be able to type letters in a text field).

  @ninja-films But the question is why don't you just bookmark the opened tabs for later use? You can simply close the opened tabs after bookmarking each tab.

  @robloxgabriel1 this feels like a non-reason. many gamers keep lots of tabs open such as minecraft villager trades (as they are being changed right now) or stardew valley wiki pages. I'd say Tab Islands are as important on Opera GX as they are on Opera One
