  It seems like he is using separate volume settings per program, and that since the executable folder changes with each update the settings of the previous version don't apply to the update. Personally I adjust my master volume instead of individual programs, but I don't have anything likely to be really soft.

  To be honest i wanted to use opera gx but it's not worth the time for a browser that can't even properly play music with spotify and can't even watch netflix.
  I rather stick to what i used before rather than wasting my time with something that does not work properly while on other browsers i never had problem with it.
