Disabling browser.js worked for me as @burnout426 suggested. Had the same issue of not being able to interact with google login.
Animated wallpaper looks strange.

@leocg I tried disabling it in the settings. All options under RGX are off. It's still making that weird layering effect.

I'm having his same problem now (PayPal won't get past the email/phone first login step).
Tried 1) permitting trackers, 2) clearing cache and cookies.
PayPal login is working in Chrome.
