@Eeveefanthepro If you renamed the file, of course you won't be able to open it from your list of downloads in Opera.

I have it pulled up in an SQLITE viewer but cannot export or print.

https://sqlitestudio.pl/ can do that. After you add the History file as a database and connect to the database, you can right-click on the urls table and export the data in various formats. You can do that with the "visited_links" table too. You can also print the data.
