read aloud extension stopped working after updating the latest version of both browser.
opera GX: 118.0.5461.50
opera: 118.0.5461.41

chrome and microsoft edge still works

the error: you cannot create new tabs while in locked fullscreen mode.

the extension does open a island tab to make it work

wrote to them to check if its in their end or Opera blocked something to make the extension work.

@daniilukr yeah the developer of read aloud made a workaround until they find a better solution for a fix

I heavily use read aloud so I had to move browser for now and use opera gx for other stuff
