@EzanaM It's because you don't use --user-data-dir in the address bar, you use it in a/the shortcut to Opera.

yeah, nothing new from my Site aswell. Only solution i have is to open the same Site in another tab, (which also doesn't load) and then close one of them, forcing the other Tab to load. pretty strange..
Best thing is, i got a new Computer recently, re-installed everything, juist copied the old folder with saved bookmarks and startsite, and i still have the same issue.

@MateusDrte13 Thank your for the reply. I've just migrated to Firefox. That bug makes Opera unusable with Youtube in my case. If I open Youtube on the Opera, it makes a new Opera system process. Even if I close it, the process reopen when I run Youtube on the other Chromum based browser.
[Duplicated]there should be the option to revert to older opera layouts

Today I turned on Opera and there was no way to go back to this style. I had to install older version (114.0.5282.159) to go back to it. The button you mentioned, offered only the modern styles.
How can I go back to the last version of OperaGX ?

@memuvd Thank you for this version! Some of the other 114.0.5282.x versions can't even run/initialize properly, but this one is good. 🙂
Opera GX should have hide sidebar automatically and split tabs, like opera one already have.

@roobey Did you try downloading the offline installer from https://www.opera.com/download?
after the recent update, i lost all user data including open tabs, extensions and all settings
