@auspayday No I don't think my account is hacked and I do have 2nd factor authentication on. I know its not someone else logging into my gx.me account because it shows the location as Sweden but gets the time and date correctly. It only shows it when I log into to gx.me and I can logout from there too. Thanks for your concern.

@millen Are you sure? If you only registered an account to use Sync then you don't need to fill out any profile. I mean, I've had an account for 20 years now and I've never told them my full name.

If you had a forum account I might be able to look that up, but us forum moderators can't see accounts that aren't tied to the forum.
How can i change my password if the userpage doesn't have a "forgot the password"?

@bryan1012 As already said, to reset passphrase you need to reset synced data, what means removing the data from the servers.

Once the reset is done, the data on the server is gone for good.
