And I don't think Opera can or will delete your account. Anyway, you can try contacting Opera through their social networks.

@swcell1977 I believe that according to GDPR, they must allow you to delete your data even if you are locked out. Ownership of email should be enough.

yes, you are right, I asked them by email to delete my account, or reset the Authenticator which I forgot. or send me a link indicating confirmation that I am really the owner, I saved all my passwords from my Opera account a long time ago, so there is nothing there that I could lose. This account is very important to me because I use my email in all services except Google. but alas, they apparently don’t care about me(
