yes, you are right, I asked them by email to delete my account, or reset the Authenticator which I forgot. or send me a link indicating confirmation that I am really the owner, I saved all my passwords from my Opera account a long time ago, so there is nothing there that I could lose. Ownership of email should be enough.

And I don't think Opera can or will delete your account. Anyway, you can try contacting Opera through their social networks.
