Opera Link has been discontinued a while ago. So if you haven't change into Sync then you should have no saved passwords in Opera Sync servers.

I had that too - click the button, it'll ask you for your old password so that it can access your old data. (They need to change that description ...)

You can try adding the page to one of them and then copy it to the others using the bookmarks manager.
