Is there something unique in the Opera browser that prevents Mcafee browser protection? I'm not seeing it listed in extensions or know if it can used? Please advise

Nope...unless I am blind, no synchronize shows in menu

I looked over settings and right clicked areas near the address bar but I cannot seem to locate any icon for sync in Opera 41.....please advise
