A year and a half later, on Opera Version:101.0.4843.43, and still, pinboards in my laptop and desktop do not sync... this feature is awesome, but it needs a fix...
@leocg thanks for the nudge that it is known. I've been going back and forth between Opera and Firefox because of that when i get frustated. I didn't found anything specific regarding this, at least not something new (after 2019), so i've decided to post it.
@leocg last i checked before the restart, they were there, all nicly kept saved. but after therestart, and logging in on Opera GX and going to sync, nothing, all of the save data for my bookmarks and passwords were gone
Sorry for the fuss, it's already resolved!
After checking the internal Bookmarks files "Bookmarks" & "Bookmarks.bak" located in "C:\Users%User%\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera GX Stable" I verified that my bookmarks were still there, like this What had happened was that when I synchronized again, for some reason the old ones that I deleted were added, and what I already had was moved to the end of everything, and since I had many in front of me I couldn't see them! 🤦♂
So now you know what to do if the same thing happens to you! 😅
