  I believe the only misunderstanding was to use Opera password sync as a safe Password Manager instead as the use case you explained.

  @henrih You can try going to opea://bookmarks and remove the extra devices in Other Speed Dials, but you probably will need to reset your synced data to get out of those devices.

  @tidus Some extension perhaps? Opera wouldn't be sending images to Google on its own. And why in Synchronization - this forum is about synchronizing Opera on multiple computers/devices and not Google. What platform are you having this issue on? (Windows 10 PC, Android phone or tablet, etc.)

  @mauritain To access your synced saved passwords you need your Opera account password.

  If you have changed it recently, you will need the old password too.

  @popiomondayz Opened tabs are synced in Opera for desktops and Opera for Android.
  To see your opened tabs in other installations in Opera for desktops click on the tabs button in the sidebar.
