This feature should definitely be added. Default ad blocking and privacy settings are very inadequate. We should be able to add the filters we want. Especially cookie notifications are very annoying.

This is for the desktop versions obviously. It would make the user experience fast and smooth / reactive, and add to the modern feel.

What is the backend process for these type of requests?
Is there an acceptance process?

Gesture double-tap on the tabs icon to open a new tab. Although touch-to-hold is already in functionality, so it suits!

That’s a neat idea—double-tap feels intuitive and quick, especially for multitaskers. Would love to see this as an optional gesture alongside the current touch-and-hold!

Bump, been interested in this too. In fact I've been interested in this ever since I started using opera, but I've been opening yandex in tabs separately. However I just found out ff can have that feature. So maybe hurry maybe?
