Well, just how are bookmarks opened in this version of Opera? I've managed to find how to save them, but now I can't get them opened again. What gives with this?

I agree. It is frustrating to now how have manage my browser history manually, on a session by session basis. History state and private window are separate things. It would be desirable to have the feature returned.

I'm actually into paying for an Opera browser app for Windows Phone if that's needed for the Opera team to invest in this platform.

There is (or there was at least) an Opera Mini for WP being beta tested since around september.

I really agree with your first point, the user should be able to choose to display another site instead of speed dial when you click the home/speed dial button.

Part of this can be configured using extension (Site preferences), but per-site configuration should IMO be realized in browser core, not using extensions.
