Plex does indeed use html5.
I enabled Plex settings to: "Prefer the HTML5 video player over the Flash player" And also disabled flash to make sure it wasn't falling back on flash to test it....
Still not allowing for the pop out feature.

on my win10, the whole main UI is #F2F2F2 (bookmarks bar, adress bar, sidebar list...)
only element with #F5F6F7 color is heart button background

add the ability to reorder saved wab pages by drag-and-drop

Do people really have that amount of saved pages to need such feature?

Can you alse add a saved pages bookmark (bookmarks for all pages saved) incase users swithc phones

I think it would only be useful in a case of an emergencial phone switch.

Actually, the problem got fixed after I ran some system updates on my Linux Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (still a test version) ;-D Or perhaps it my Opera browser that got updated, that is a test version as well!

And which one should they choose to implement? And why don't just use one of the extensions available for that purpose?

Like this one, which I wanted for something else and it conveniently had URL shortner included as well as in the right-click context menu: https://addons.opera.com/en-gb/extensions/details/google-services/

There is a setting for this: Go to settings => Browser (in the left menu) => Scroll down to the bottom and check "advanced settings" => Scroll up a bit and check "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximised".
