The search with Strg+F / F3 opens a search field at the top of the web page.
But this let's it scroll down a row And reformat the whole page what is very disturbing 😞
See the screenshots where the top is without search bar:

You see that the text and graphics are smaller with the search bar and this has to be rendered every time. o_O

There should be an option to display the search bar at the top or bottom of the browser as an Overlay or floating bar so it would not interfere with the web page.
Perhaps by addon?

As a workaround for now, installing https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/just-a-clock-the-hours/agglgohcegmeeaccikjfmehncfomccpg/ first and https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/just-a-clock-the-minutes/pgmgkfgcnigcopcjhilfabbdgmjmkogj second, and pinning both of them can get you what you want kind of.

There are also other extensions at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/clock?_category=extensions where you can get both the hours and minutes in one extension, but the clock might be hard to read.
Translate transparent as in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

notification update feature request

@burnout426 Jeez, who in this world hasn't disabled focus assist after OS installation?...
The problem persists in win7/8/10/11, 32bit/64bit, versions from 3* to the latest, from classic to GX, beta, etc... Any OS, any options, any notifications type. It lands deeply in browser architecture. The most browsers' notifications just work correctly. But Opera's don't, even after many hours of fix-trying.
