Smooth scrolling is an important part of the user experience. Could this option be included in flags?

@smnstrk Of course there are FTP Clients, Web Servers, etc. But you must be an engineer to set them up! 😃
And if you are not an engineer, you have cloud solutions, very easy and NOT FREE!!! Bingo!!!
Opera is free, so, of course, the staff don't want to build a killer app' for peanuts, I understand! 😉
Make it possible to open new links or web pages in the same tab again.
