For now, I see there are some solutions/workarounds for Chrome at https://www.google.com/search?q=chrome+change+audio+output. They might work for Opera also.

Whe would you need It? Going to the menu to choose Exit will close all Opera windows at the same time, so that if you are set to Continue from last time it will reopen all your windows and tabs.

@bob-iitr Indeed. That's just a workaround. In Chrome it's a littler easier because you can click "more" when you click the star in the address field to bookmark. There you can add #page=n to the bookmark URL before saving the bookmark.
Please improve performance on the ad blocker.

That would be the ideal solution from my point of view.

At the moment I exit Opera's fullscreen mode each time for choosing another tab.

@leocg so I wrote the "save-page-as-mhtml" key in Opera and tried to save the page.
The choice still remained how to save the page: Or MHTML, or just HTML, or completely with all the content in HTML
