@sgunhouse I've seen that setting and it's currently off. Even when I tried to restart my Mac, Opera is the only one that doesn't close. It started happening around the beginning of this year...
Does it work with other browsers? e.g. Safari? Possibly the corresponding location services are not enabled in macOS.
@tkurosaka The task manager would be the best bet. On Windows, it's Shift + Esc.
