  Yes, you are correct. The "options" link is very subtle, just about everything is hidden in it, and there are a lot of things on by default. This is just the way Opera rolls.

  @ete5 Yeah I have the same problem, I'll hover my mouse over the tab and there's no x to close. I have to change tabs a few times to get them to appear. Very frustrating.

  It's a known issue. That's not implemented in the new Opera One UI yet. I don't know of a workaround.
