  Good news!
  Unfortunately the "identify as" and "mask as" options built into Opera 12 now serve rather out of date information to servers referring to old versions of IE and Firefox, and they're hard coded and difficult to change.
  The manually added user agent string is much more up to date.
  I claim no credit for it BTW, it was worked out by someone else!

  Whenever reading a help document but sure to note which version of Opera it is for. Unless it states its for version 15 or grater that means its for a much older version of Opera.

  Currently Opera does not have a built in exporter. If you want to export the bookmarks to another version of Opera you can use the Sync feature or simply copy the bookmarks file and paste it into the same location in the other Opera install. If you want to export to another web browser you will need to use an extension like 'Bookmarks Import & Export'. You can find that in the Opera extensions store.

  OK found a way to solve this.
  Obviously sessions are saved in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Opera Mail\OperaMail1_0\sessions\autopera.win
  When I delete the autopera.win and .bak file and restart mail new session save files will be created.

  You have to enable Power User mode. Open Settings (Alt+P), click on a blank space somewhere on the screen and type the Konami Code. You can now set the number of Speed Dial columns.

  Now, if you want to change the size of the icon you can use the zoom feature.

  Open Task Scheduler, then push on Task Scheduler Library. Here will u find Opera scheduled Autoupdate xxxxxxxxxx,
  just rightclick and chose Deactivate
  We need u on Opera 😎

  unless you revert back to the old speed dial

  I would be happy to do that and reach the desired result (no bar on the bottom of the window)

  but I've already renounced to the new speeddial because the screen colors where too bright

  and it was very difficult to read (and also because the screen image was not good as the old one)

  however the annoying bottom bar is still there 😞 😞 😞

  It syncs your data (bookmarks, speed dial, password, history, etc) with other Opera Presto builds.

  that message is nothing to do with plugins. Its something amazon.com is doing, when it detects opera user agent it offers to install that extension (note: its an extension, not a plugin).

  Some videos on YouTube have their high resolution versions encoded with a set of codecs Opera 28 does not support out of the box. You have to have them installed on your outside of Opera, but not en another web browsers like Chrome (because they are embedded in Chrome and not accessible outside of it). That said, the in development versions of Opera do support this feature, so its coming to the sable release very soon.
