It's probably possible. You'd have to use some scripting to do whatever's needed to load all comments. Then, you'd have to export the DOM as HTML (to a data URI probably) so that you can save the page in that state. (To be honest though, I personally don't want to take the time to figure it out as I'm not familiar with how youtube loads things at all.)

What margin do you mean ?. Do you mean the one that stops you from clicking the very top of a tab if the window is maximised ?, if so, go to 'O-Menu / Settings / Browser / User interface / Disable tab bar's top spacing when window is maximised' and place a tick in the box.

Here's an Opera extension, Local Pass Store, that let's you use master password, and data is saved on your computer. The developer claims he's trying to re-implement the old Opera wand feature that people liked.

I'm assuming the two latter ones let you use Master Passwords, but I don't know it for a fact. I downloaded the Local Pass Store extensions myself (and it specifically makes provision for a master password), but I need some time to react to it. I'm not sure I want to use a master password. The other two seemed more than I wanted.

Opera writes session.* files to disk each ~10 seconds. They are SQLite databases and can grow. I've had a 4 MB session.db once. You can imagine how this would affect my SSD, if it wasn't on a RAM disk.

To reduce writing onto SSD, move session.* files to a RAM disk, replacing them in the original profile with NTFS symlinks.

To reduce the file sizes if they've grown too big:
If you want to keep session content (remember which pages you have open), use the command,
sqlite3 session.db "VACUUM;"
(get sqlite3 from http://www.sqlite.org/download.html)
Or, if you don't care about sessions, just delete the files. Opera will re-create them.

for costumized mouse gestures I use "Download Chrome Extension" and "Smooth Gestures" for Chrome.

It's a work-around but it does the trick.

for most of the other things you will also find extensions to make them work again.
I'm on opera 23 and with quite some extensions it's almost like opera 12

Tabs have been above the address bar as default in Opera for more than 10 years, probably first than any other browsers...

It makes sense in UX and appearance because all the elements, like the URL field and navigation buttons feel like they belong to and control the active tab like in a hierarchy, and they do (the toolbars below the tab bar are highlighted in the same while color as the active tab, while the inactive tabs are darker).

A clear benefit nowadays is that tabs can merge with the title bar so there will be less wasted screen space.

What's the benefit of having them below the address field? None.

It would seem to me pointless to show the on-screen keyboard when a physical keyboard is present. If someone were running Opera on a Surface or other x86 tablet and didn't have a keyboard - sure, I could see using the screen keyboard then. But sounds like they may not be checking for a physical keyboard when touch is used to focus the text area.

For now, you may want to go to https://bugs.opera.com/wizard and file an official bug report ... developers don't always read the forums.

The Importer only imports from Opera Presto to the New Opera. They are currently at work on being able to import from third party browsers. For the time being you can work around that -- import into Opera Presto first, and then have the Importer move bookmarks from Presto to the new Opera.

As for a Bookmark Manager, you can get them via extension -- like Chrookmarks for Chrome or Neater Bookmarks.
