That happens if you are running in compatibility mode. Right click your shortcut, choose Properties and go to the Compatibility tab. Turn off the checkbox "Run this program in compatibility mode for:". Click OK to dismiss the properties dialog. Close and restart Opera and the border should be gone.

I'm not sure which recent update brought it back, but the detail page for each extension has the "hide from toolbar" toggle button again.

RE: [Solved]Restoring Extension Button to ToolbarFuture releases
Thanks, neat trick. I hadn't thought about using that to hide buttons, though I did notice you could move the end of the URL/address bar the other day. How many buttons are you guessing (or knowing) could be kept on the toolbar and alternately, within that hide-y space?

Thanks. This works and I was able to put the button back on the toolbar. Hopefully they remember to make this easier as R3 is refined.

[Solved]Restoring Extension Button to ToolbarFuture releases
In Opera Developer (my current version is 60.0.3254.0) I right clicked an extension button in the toolbar and hid it from the toolbar. In the release version, if you open the extensions page, there is a toggle to show it on the toolbar. But this toggle is not in Developer, and I see no way to restore the button to the toolbar. The button also does not show in the Opera menu. How can I restore the button to the toolbar, short of uninstalling and resintalling the extension?
Thanks.

RE: Opera developer 60Future releases
This may be difficult for me to describe...
On two separate computers using different graphics cards, I have found a visual bug when using the minimize button in the titlebar using Windows 10.
If I minimize the window using the minimize button in the titlebar, when I restore the window from the taskbar, the minimize button appears to be hovered, even though it is not. If I mouse over the button, it goes back to how it should look. This happens in both the light and dark themes.
If anyone else can confirm, and also let me know where to file a bug, I would be happy to file the bug.
Thanks!

RE: Opera dark themeOpera for Windows
@aidar said in Opera dark theme:
@smsmith Did. Now the settings have become black, but before that, a white background opens for half a second. Also the left menu has disappeared.
Yeah, that's how the Material Design settings will work, no menu, you'll just scroll down through the settings. It's a tradeoff.
The white flash is always going to happen, since the white background is the blank window before loading a page. Opera would need to change that for the dark theme. I understand your frustrations though. If you're going for all dark and then suddenly have a blinding flash of white, even for as short as it is, it can be pretty jarring. In the meantime, maybe just close your eyes when you click to open the settings page?

RE: How to remember all opened windows when you close two windows of opera?Opera for Windows
The tab menu retains the closed windows between restarts, but maybe only if you have "Continue where you left off" set for startup.. It's the button next to the minimize button. The next time this happens, just reopen Opera and reopen the closed window from the tab menu button, or from O Menu -> History.
