[Solved](Very!) annoying border around Opera main window since updating to 58

Since updating to version 58 I experience a strange border around the main window. It is like a padding around. Also moving the tabs down for about 5px. As a result, most of the clicks that are targeted to a tab, miss. I reset and cleared all browser data and tried all releases of 58 from the download section. They are all affected. The last working version was 57.
I also tried my HTPC. The issue is not present there. So maybe it could be related to nVidia graphic cards or to multi monitor setups. Is there anything I could try?!!

That happens if you are running in compatibility mode. Right click your shortcut, choose Properties and go to the Compatibility tab. Turn off the checkbox "Run this program in compatibility mode for:". Click OK to dismiss the properties dialog. Close and restart Opera and the border should be gone.
