Okay, I'm the exception. I have Opera installed as standalone version and I updated with the normal Opera_Developer_121.0.5600.0_Setup_x64.exe without problems.

today I had another chance to properly test the issue (I don't get a delivery from Amazon every day :))). Unfortunately, I discovered that uMatrix was the culprit. In my previous tests, I had always disabled uBlock Origin and uMatrix within the extension itself using the switch there and noticed no change in behavior. Today, I systematically deactivated one extension after another in the extension manager (opera://extensions/). It seems that uMatrix is no longer compatible with Opera, or that it may have negative side effects.

I'm still having the same problem as last time I mentioned this: I can't see a map on Amazon's website when a package is delivered. It used to work perfectly, and it works in all other browsers as well. I've tried disabling all ad blockers completely and allowing pop-ups and almost everything else in the website settings. Nothing changes. So, what's the correct setting so I can see a map here again?

Hi @marinaz909!
Unfortunately the crash ID function was switched off. I don't know when I did this. I have switched it on now.
In the most cases the crashes happened under the same circumstances the other users already reported. It had to do something with the history.
In one case I wanted to download a video in Facebook.
That's what I remember now.

What do I need to enable or configure to see the map for Amazon deliveries again? This worked fine with older versions of Opera. Now I've disabled all my ad blockers (uBlock Origin, uMatrix), and I still don't see anything.

@daria19 said in Opera 121.0.5551.0 developer update:
To help us better understand and address the issue, could you please clarify if the tab causing the problem was opened within a Tab Island? This information might help us pinpoint the behavior more accurately.
Daria, no, I don't use this feature. They are all normal tabs and it doesn't matter where from I start opening a link. Opera is always running (in the background or minimized in the taskbar) and this behaviour is always the same.

No comments? Everybody still sleeping?
Okay, then I have one:There's one thing that still bothers me enormously. I mentioned it a long time ago, but there was no response:
When I open a new tab in Opera and then close it again, the focus jumps back to the tab that was last in the foreground. That works. But when I click on a link from another program (e.g., an email program), it opens as a new tab in Opera. After reading and closing it, Opera doesn't jump back to the last tab that was in the foreground, but to the one on the far right.
If you have more than 60 tabs open, it's very annoying to have to manually search for and click on the desired tab with the mouse or keyboard each time. Especially when you're reading emails in the morning and then keep clicking on individual reports and want to read in detail.
Opera, maybe you can finally address this behavior.
