RE: Opera 123.0.5652.0 developer updateBlogs
I noticed something already in last week's version:
When I start the manual installation process (Opera_Developer_123.0.5652.0_Setup_x64.exe), this small blue window appears for additional settings. The "Options" item is now visible there (I had complained about this several times in the past). However, I can't click the menu item - nothing happens.
I'm running Opera as a standalone installation with a 4K monitor (3840 x 2160 pixels at the recommended scaling of 150%).
Windows 11x64 Pro and a Nvidia graphics card with all the latest updates. - Blogs

RE: Opera 122.0.5638.0 developer updateBlogs
The crash when typing capital letters in the address bar is still there.
I found out, that this only happens, when the first letter is an "R", like in REWE or RMV.
It does not happen with another letter, like in BKA or CIA.
I hope this helps to find the bug.W11 x64, Opera x64 (standalone installation)

I just tested whether the crash still occurs when typing capital letters into the address bar. It does! Is that intentional?

Maybe it's worth trying to disable 'redesigned' flag and check.
Tried that. It didn't help.

Same problem today:
I wanted to search for a product in the REWE shop on Google. When starting to type REWE with capital letters Opera crashed.

CRASH!
I opened a new Tab (CTRL-T) and wanted to open the page www.rmv.de (is in my bookmarks and in the speed dials). I started typing RMV in capital letters by mistake and Opera crashed after the first letter. I could repeat this another time. If I typed the name in lowercase, everything was fine.W11 x64, Opera x64 (standalone installation)

RE: Opera 121.0.5600.0 developer updateBlogs
** I forgot one thing:
I meant in the Windows taskbar. So, the communication between Opera and Windows seems to be somehow disrupted. -
RE: Opera 121.0.5600.0 developer updateBlogs
And one more thing:
This version of Opera shows me 7 unread news in the Facebook tab, but there are no unread news. Back to Opera 121.0.5593.0 Developer the problem is solved.

I noticed something else strange:
When I open the list of recently closed pages, I used to be able to click on an entry in the list with the mouse and the page would open right there. This doesn't work now. The page doesn't open, and I land on the first open tab. However, if I move the blue highlight bar up to the desired entry with the keyboard and press ENTER, the page opens.W11x64, Opera x64 (standalone installation)
