@indiqazzz, not here.
You should write which version (32/64 bit) and on which OS and version.
Here: W10x64, Operax64. No problem. - Blogs

@burnout426
Oh, great! It works! Even with &lui=german. In the help file I didn't find anything about this POST thing. Thank you! -

Can anybody tell me how to create a working search engine entry for startpage.com?
Opera always creates "https://www.startpage.com/sp/search" but this does not work. The page opens but the cursor is not in the text field, it is empty, the search term is nowhere to be seen and no results are displayed either. -
RE: Opera 96.0.4693.50 Stable updateBlogs
The best new for me:
DNA-105141 is solved! (Tabs to the right of the currently active one swap their position with another when clicked) -
RE: Opera 98 developerBlogs
In the changelog of the actual stable version Opera 96.0.4693.50 from today the tab-swapping-bug is listed as solved!
I'm just downloading to try it out.- And it's really gone!

@beboss, some important informations:
Which version (32 / 64 bit)?
Which OS and version?
How many tabs open?
Is hardware acceleration enabled or disabled?
Any special opera:flags changed from standard settings? -
RE: Opera 97.0.4718.0 developer updateBlogs
@leocg
The question is, if I will be present until it's fixed. For me this is not a "minor priority bug", it's essential. -
RE: Opera 97.0.4718.0 developer updateBlogs
@leocg
This "minor priority bug" is still present in the actual beta version from today (Opera_beta_97.0.4719.4_Setup_x64.exe). -
RE: Opera 97.0.4718.0 developer updateBlogs
Ok, I summarize:
The "tab swapping bug" means that whenever I click on a tab to the right of the currently displayed one with the mouse cursor, it swaps its position with the tab to the right of it. The error does not occur when I move to the right using the keyboard (CTRL-down or shortcut "2").
I turned off opera://flags/#scrollable-tab-strip and the tab preview in the settings, it didn't help.
I currently have 74 tabs open. I then closed half of those tabs and then reopened them one at a time. The error stopped appearing at first half (37 tabs) and it returned exactly when the 58th tab was opened.
All these tabs do not contain any special features. They are simple standard pages with excursion destinations. So some pictures and text.
Maybe other users here can understand this and maybe it will help Opera with troubleshooting. -

@sopronman1965, is over? On your computer? Not on mine. This is the reason why I did not write anything here. I went back to v95.0.4632.0 now and am waiting for the next version. If nothing changes I have to look for another browser for me.

RE: Opera 97.0.4711.0 developer updateBlogs
Can anybody remember, which was the last version without jumping tabs?
-
RE: Opera 97.0.4711.0 developer updateBlogs
Opera 97.0.4718.0 Developer just downloading.
(I am very curious if this annoying error is finally gone)… No, still jumping …

@emniss, you are right: First the mouse cursor looks like a hand when I hoover over one of the speed tiles and when I click on the three-dot menu it changes to this arrow. For getting this screen shot I used the screen-shot-function of IrfanView, one of the best and fastest image viewer for Windows (https://www.irfanview.com/). This program can capture the mouse pointer when taking a screenshot.

@emniss, sorry, no problem here on my W10x64 computer (German version):
Everything seems to work fine. What exactely does not work on your computer?
