Using Google or Bing Translate
Copy the URL of the webpage
Open Google or Bing translate in a new tab
Select source and target languages
Paste the URL of the page to be translated in the source box (left side)
Click the URL displayed in the target box (right side)

Bing: https://www.bing.com/translator
