How do I Translate a web page from French to English?

In Chrome I merely right clicked anywhere and selected "Translate Page" in the drop down list of actions or Chrome detected the page was not English and auto-translated to English without me having to do anything.

How do I translate a whole page in Opera?
Can Opera "Auto-translate" a page automatically?

@mpopka You can use a extension or you can add a translation service as a search engine and use it to translate pages.

Using Google or Bing Translate
Copy the URL of the webpage
Open Google or Bing translate in a new tab
Select source and target languages
Paste the URL of the page to be translated in the source box (left side)
Click the URL displayed in the target box (right side)

Bing: https://www.bing.com/translator
