I'm having great difficulty with Opera connecting to a website that provides colorization services.
The site is:

When I try to upload a picture the connection is attempted and 7 times out of 10 it tries and fails (no message displayed). 1 time out of 10 it shows the selection screen, but it's all greyed out on the final occasion it works (Yippie!).
So now I'm running both Chrome and Opera, using chrome to connect to https://deepai.org/machine-learning-model/colorizer and Opera for everything else.
Chrome has 100% connection success.
I believe that it's an incompatibility bug in Opera!
How do I report it?

In Chrome I merely right clicked anywhere and selected "Translate Page" in the drop down list of actions or Chrome detected the page was not English and auto-translated to English without me having to do anything.
