Yes, all URL-s that I tried (outlook.office.com, outlook.office365.com and my work e-mail) are working now in mobile view. Error 500 is gone.

You can test it e.g. on http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=login2.
Click submit on button, then CTRL+R, form is silently resubmit without any warning.
With another browser (IE, FF) warning about resubmit is shown.
