Open a tab with opera://media-internals/ while trying to play a video on Twitter then click on the corresponding entry and post its content here.

This error is very boring. Try leveling videos on google photos (more than 10, each with more than 1GB in size.)
It will take a while and the error will appear.

If you click on Show more, then each item will have an "x" to remove it. But no, I don't see a way on the simple list.
