@gn15 Pop-ups are blocked by default.
The problem is that some sites use tricks to bypass the block, like opening the pop-up when the user click on a video or on the media control (volume, pause, etc) so it looks like the user wanted to open the pop-ups.

Hi, I leave one space then just one hyphen before private (-private), w/o brackets.
After making changes, remember to restart. Clicking the shortcut will then start Opera in private mode on every startup. Works on all streams on Win7 and Win10.
For example, Windows Opera browser and Android Opera. Import from PC to device (need root access on Android).
