@andrew84 That's weird. In my case it was disabled and I've never touched it before.

@Pebbles1980 Hi, the only fix I was able to find:
Go to opera://flags find "#enable-paint-holding" there. Switch the toggle to "Enabled" and it will partially solve the problem, not completely though...
