At Google Chrome Webstore, they no longer accept new extensions with manifest v2, and at 2023, manifest v2 will no longer be supported, and at addons.opera.com, they still do not support manifest v3, but at opera://extensions, it said the same thing that Google Chrome Webstore said, so my suggestion is, why did opera://extensions said "Manifest version 2 is deprecated, and support will be removed in 2023. I think Opera GX would be more futuristic if it would have ambient shadow on buttons when hovered. Example, look at the screenshot (my mouse cursor can't be showed for some reason)

I think it would look cooler if it would have an ambient light surrounding it instead of a red block when hovered. This is just a suggestion and/or idea, so it's ok if you don't like this idea.
