Opera Stable just got an update to version 81. It's fixed there at least.

@angelo2008 you are right !
It would be nice to move and reorder tabs.
Opera should also add space feature as desktop version. It should be implemented as "normal" and "private" menu in the "show all tabs" screen.
I hope that one day these features would be in their raodmap !
