addons.opera.com does not support manifest v3

At Google Chrome Webstore, they no longer accept new extensions with manifest v2, and at 2023, manifest v2 will no longer be supported, and at addons.opera.com, they still do not support manifest v3, but at opera://extensions, it said the same thing that Google Chrome Webstore said, so my suggestion is, why did opera://extensions said "Manifest version 2 is deprecated, and support will be removed in 2023. See https://developer.chrome.com/blog/mv2-transition/ for more details.", but addons.opera.com said "Manifest format version is not supported."
