Maybe I'm missing it, or maybe it isn't implemented yet...How does one add elements to be blocked using the built-in adblock? This is a vital function with any adblocker since no blocker, no matter how good, will necessarily block all undesirable elements by default.
Instruction welcome.
I can't believe that these issues still haven't been addressed:
Extension icons in the toolbar are still limited to a rather low quantity. I haven't stopped to count the exact number but after about 12 no more will show up in the toolbar.
There is still no option for manually sorting the order in which the extension icons display in the toolbar. They default to the order installed which is very annoying when I want to be able to sort them by function. This means I have to uninstall then reinstall all the extensions with toolbar icons in the order in which I want them to appear. This seems rather lame and VERY user unfriendly.
Or am I missing something obvious here?

No, that seems to apply only to pre-Webkit versions of Opera (12.x and lower) since the Webkit version has no .ini files.
There is an extension for Firefox called "Open With". Sadly, there is no Opera equivalent. There is one Chrome extension which seems similar but does not work either with Opera or on the Mac version of Chrome (at least, I can't get it to work, nor can other Mac Chrome users if the comments are to be believed).
Would LOVE to have this for Opera!!!!

Hopefully user control over extension sort order will be forthcoming VERY soon. It's rather bad design to just dump stuff in the order in which it arrived when that "order" is not based on anything other than 'first come first served'. That's sorta like a library where the books are just sorta thrown on the shelf in the order in which they arrive while not allowing anyone to organize them.
