Can I disable the Opera-Qx text pop-up?

So I am studying in a USMLE platform and there is this option where I have a text marker. But I have this problem:

Is there any way I can disable that pop-up?

I disabled Aria-AI (shown in the first image), but the problem is kinda... the same. The text marker option is covered by that little window (Buscar / Copiar / Instantánea).

@AndrewRichmanMx In English it is called the search popup (not sure what the translation would be) and yes, it is easily disabled.
