How to Stop Opera Browser from Opening on Startup in Windows 10/11?

Hey everyone,
I've noticed that Opera keeps launching automatically every time I start my computer on Windows 10. I’ve already checked the Task Manager’s startup tab and disabled Opera there, but it still shows up when I boot up.
I’ve also gone through Opera’s settings but couldn’t find a clear option to turn off auto-start. Is there any other setting inside the browser or maybe in the system registry that needs to be changed?
If anyone has faced the same issue and managed to fix it, I’d really appreciate some guidance. Thanks in advance!

@SarahJacob Go to Settings and type "run" in the search box. There will only be 1 match, though Opera shows the full section - you'll see the text highlighted in the bottom line. It's obvious from there.
