Or something like that was in my "temporary_downloads".

No properties to the file. Type - "Параметры конфигурации", meaning .ini?
Opened with my Notepad - it started this way:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<preferences clean_all="1">
<host name="juroku.co.jp">

I cut the lines above and saved.
Opened the browser, checked the folder - no file...

Remind you: Windows XP, MSE, Opera 11.6x.

Was I right to cut those? What was that??

It should be on your profile folder. It is/was a file used by Opera Presto to override settings for some pages and help those page to be accessible in Opera.

If it was in temporary_downloads then it was probably junk anyway. As he said, it is normally in your profile.
