Opened with my Notepad - it started this way:

I cut the lines above and saved.
Opened the browser, checked the folder - no file...

Remind you: Windows XP, MSE, Opera 11.6x.

Was I right to cut those? What was that??

It is/was a file used by Opera Presto to override settings for some pages and help those page to be accessible in Opera.
