      Hi Opera Community,

I’ve noticed that my capcut website doesn’t display correctly when viewed in Opera for Windows. The layout appears broken, with certain elements misaligned and some images not loading at all. The website works perfectly in other browsers like Chrome and Firefox.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

      • Cleared the browser cache and reloaded the page.

      • Checked the site in Opera’s Developer Tools but didn’t see any major console errors, except for a warning about deprecated CSS properties.

      • Verified that the website is using standard web practices, including valid HTML5 and CSS3.

      • Disabled all extensions in Opera to rule out interference.

Could this issue be related to Opera’s rendering engine or compatibility with specific CSS/JavaScript features? Are there any browser-specific settings or fixes I should consider to ensure my website works seamlessly on Opera for Windows? Please help me as I am not a technical person please.

Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions!

@kimkorton Did you disable Opera internal ad-blocker too? This may interfere, if your site uses external resources. Also when there is mixed mode content (some resources over http, some over https), then Opera may block some parts of it.
Have you using VPN? This should not affect rendering, but some external resources may not be available.
Opera shares rendering engine with Chrome and Edge, there should be no differences using CSS/JS.

Would it be possible give us link - we could check, what and how we see there?

Thank you for the detailed response!

I hadn’t considered Opera’s internal ad-blocker potentially interfering with external resources. I’ll disable it and check if that resolves the issue. Regarding mixed mode content, I’ll also verify if any resources are being loaded over HTTP instead of HTTPS, as that might explain the missing elements.

I am not using a VPN, so that should not be a factor in this case. It’s good to know that Opera shares the same rendering engine as Chrome and Edge—this helps narrow down potential causes.

I’ll review these suggestions and get back to you if the issue persists. In the meantime, here’s the website link for reference: https://capprocutapk.com/. Let me know if you observe anything unusual on your end. I am not a technical person, Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

@kimkorton What about some screenshots showing the site being displayed wrongly in Opera and being displayed correctly in other Chromium browsers?

Thanks for your response and suggestion! I managed to resolve the issue. It turned out that the problem was related to a browser-specific cache conflict. Although I had already cleared the cache earlier, I realized I needed to do a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) and also clear the cookies for the website. I updated the website's CSS also to avoid using any deprecated properties flagged in Opera’s Developer Tools. After making these adjustments, the site now displays perfectly in Opera for Windows. Thanks again for your assistance!
