I've been facing an issue with my Opera browser on Windows recently. When I try to load certain web pages, they either load extremely slowly or not at all. Additionally, I've noticed that some secure (HTTPS) websites are showing a connection error, even though they open without any problem in other browsers. I've checked my internet connection, and it's stable.
