"The request is blocked" message when trying to open a site

Good morning!
Since yesterday noon, Opera ist blocking one site. It´s just that certain page and not other. The link works in all other browsers I installed, but Opera is my main browser, so it would be great to know, why Opera is doing that...

@ef-gmbh It says "request blocked", that doesn't sound like a message from Opera - it sounds like the site is blocking Opera rather than the other way around.
Presuming it's a page anyone can access (not restricted or on an internal network) and and safe to mention (no porn or hacks), we could try it and see.

Like I wrote before the message came up suddenly. Since then, I.can´t open it anymore. It´s a bookmark, because I need it more often.

Does anyone else got this or a similar issue? Other pages from "www.netze-bw.de" are also blocked...
