Developers, fix the problem! Notification settings for the site are not saved!

I set it in the settings ---- notifications allowed ---- , but they are always reset to default---ask (default)

I do see it in Opera's RPM repository but unfortunately I still can't install two opera versions (stable, beta, developer) at the same time:

# dnf -qy install opera-stable
