      Hi,

      I use the free VPN version and since around 2 weeks I've got the following error : ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED
      This error occurs on every website and from every VPN location (Europe, Asia and America). The only way for me to get Opera browser working is to disable the integrated VPN.
      I reported this bug a week ago but I had no answer.

      Is there a way to solve this ?

        @korgen63 I read a post on Slashdot a little before then that a recent Windows update was blocking all VPNs, my guess is that's what happened.

          @sgunhouse I'm afraid there's no connection between this update and the vpn issue.
          I also have an another VPN (AirVPN) and I don't have any problem with it (and of course I never use them both at the same time ^^)
          But more important : I have the KB5037768 update that is supposed to fix this Windows problem.

                    @korgen63 This issue happened due to recent update of kaspersky AV that has an issue with Opera VPN. For a solution, you need to whitelist opera.exe in the AV from scanning the encrypted network traffic: Settings -> Security settings -> Network Settings -> Configure trusted applications -> Add -> Select your opera.exe -> Check "Do not scan encrypted traffic" -> Click OK.

                      @matthoki Thank you it seems it works. But are you sure it's safe to ignore Opera this way ? Does navigation via Opera remains protected by KAV (in case I come across a corrupted website) ?

                        @korgen63 I think this will only turn off the AV's warnings for potentially dangerous sites for the opera.
