scroll bar arrows missing

Scroll bar slider on right side is there but up/down arrows top/bottom are missing. Using latest version. Cant find any settings that might explain?

@doedau54 Version and platform? I see arrows (gray and small) on latest Developer build on Windows.

click on + for new tab
get slider on right but not the small up/down click-on above and below slider.

@doedau54 I don't have enough on my speed dial to have scroll bars.. This page has arrows, on the other hand, Bookmarks or History or Personal News don't. So it seems to be only on internal pages.
