Today i noticed that dark mode works on Wikipedia but only in English language

Today i noticed, choosing another language on the Wikipedia page other than English, dark mode doesn't work, it just dims the white background for other languages.

Can anyone confirm the problem or has Wikipedia changed something?

Αlso in other languages ​​dark mode doesn't work unless i select from browser on mobile "desktop version". In mobile version it doesn't work in other languages either. Why is this suddenly happening?
