I am unable to sync my tabs across devices.

I got a new computer and am attempting to bring all my tabs to the new one from my old one, but i can't get them to. I made sure tabs were set to sync, I did what the FAQ ai thing told me to do, which was to put them into a folder on the speed dial page, which I did, but the folder never showed up on my new computer. Am I missing a step?

Have you followed all these steps?
Go to Settings (Preferences on Mac).
Click Browser in the sidebar.
Under Synchronization, click the Advanced Configuration button.
Under Encryption options, select Encrypt all synchronized data with your own sync passphrase.
Enter you desired passphrase, confirm the phrase, and click OK..

If yes, sync should be done correctly..
